This Privacy Policy applies to 100schoolsystems.com (the "Site"), the marketing website for 100% School Systems. The Site introduces our coaching program and operator software suite, and includes an application form and an optional email signup. We collect personal information only when you choose to submit one of those, as described below.
There are two places where you can choose to give us information:
• The application form. When you apply to work with us, you provide your name, email, phone number, your school's name and location, and your answers about how your school runs. We store these submissions in our database (hosted by Supabase) and also send them to our team by email so we can review your application and follow up.
• The optional email signup. If you request the free 5-Pillar Framework, you provide your email address and, optionally, a first name. We pass that to our email provider (AWeber) to send you the resource and related follow-up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
There are no user accounts or comment sections. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URL) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build profiles about individual visitors.
After you submit the application form, if we look like a fit, you can schedule an intro call. That scheduling page is hosted by Calendly. Any information you provide to book the call is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy and forwarded to us by email so we can prepare for and run the call. We use it only to contact you about your inquiry.
Customers who proceed past the intro call may complete a separate paid intake form hosted at intake.100schoolsystems.com. That form is governed by its own privacy notice presented at the time of submission.
The Site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. We may add privacy-respecting analytics later (such as Vercel's first-party analytics or a similar service that does not use cross-site tracking). If we do, we will update this policy.
We rely on the following providers to run the Site:
• Vercel for hosting and content delivery. • Supabase for the database that stores application submissions. • AWeber for the optional email list and resource delivery. • An email service provider to send and receive application and notification emails. • Calendly for call scheduling, offered after you submit an application. • Google Fonts. Typography assets are self-hosted from our infrastructure, so Google does not see your visit.
Each provider has its own privacy practices.
Information you give us through the application form, the email signup, scheduling, or email is used only to:
• Respond to your inquiry. • Review your application and decide whether you and we are a fit for the program. • Schedule and run a call with you. • Send you any resource you requested and related follow-up you can opt out of at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
You can email us at intake@100schoolsystems.com to request a copy of any information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you joined our email list, you can also unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
The Site is intended for adult martial-arts school owners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
